1. How Do I Cancel an Order on RoyalGifts.co.in?
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it — either by calling us or sending an email — as we do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
For outright cancellations: At RoyalGifts.co.in, we create customized products. Once the production ou may have the chance to re-customize it — simply drop us a WhatsApp message or send an email.
2. Cancellation Fees
If a product order has been cancelled, the refund will be transferred to your account within a minimum of 7–8 working days, with a deduction of 10% of the amount you paid.
3. Manufacturing Defect or Damage in Transit
Any manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit must be reported to us immediately on the same day you receive the product. The product will not be eligible for replacement if Royal Gifts is notified after a long period, except in genuine cases.
4. Refund Policy
Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to your account within a minimum of 4–5 working days, with a deduction of 10% of the amount you paid.
5. Return Policy
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Feel free to let us know as well — we will do our best to assist you.
If you believe that you have received the product in a damaged or bad condition, or if the packaging appears to have been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please call or email us at support@royalgifts.co.in with your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when you return the product to us.
